Orders and Shipping

  • Yes, shipping is included in the price.

  • Yes, the VAT (value added tax) is already included in the listed price.

  • We currently ship to all countries within EU and UK. (Soon also Switzerland and Norway.)

    Delivery time is usually 2-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • We ship all boards with the trusted DHL - Parcel Connect. All orders can be tracked and delivered to a pick-up point near you.

    The small Extra Coupling is shipped with Deutsche Post - International Tracked Letter. It’s delivered straight to your mail box, or closest pick-up point, depending on your country.

  • We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard or American Express depending on your preferred choice. You can also use Apple Pay on supported devices.

    Checkout and transactions are securely managed by Stripe payments. Please check our Terms and Conditions page for more details on Stripe payments.

  • Please use the tracking number in the confirmation email your received at check out. Use this to track your shipment at your selected carrier below:

    In some cases, the carrier will take 1-2 business days to register the shipment status for your order.

  • We hope you will love the products that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return.

    We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse. Please note that we do not pay for the return shipment.

    We can only accept returns of products sold online at prepello.com. For product purchased elsewhere, please contact the reseller.

    Please ensure that the product is returned clean, unused and in its original packaging. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded. Naturally any faulty product can be returned even if it’s been used.

    Non-collected items

    Your package is usually at the delivery point for about 7 - 14 days. If you haven’t picked up your package during this time, it will be returned to us as an uncollected package. In this case, you will be charged 30 Euro for all costs incurred by an uncollected package.

    To return a product, please just send an email to support@prepello.com with the subject “Return” and include your name and order number. We will send you a reply with how and where to send the returned product(s).

    Please note that we can only accept returns of products sold online at prepello.com. For product purchased elsewhere, please contact the reseller. The product(s) must be unused and in its original packaging.
